Welcoming July with a special FEATURE!!

EMBERLY'S GARDEN I
12X18, acrylic and oil pastel on Canson cotton paper
My piece, EMBERLY'S GARDEN I has been featured in the July issue of ApΓ©ro's fine art publication catalogue.

What an honor to be amongst other talented artists in such a well laid out, beautifully curated fine art catalogue such as this one. It's available to view on line and can also be purchased in a soft cover edition as well as a hard cover edition. I may be ordering both because I mean...what an amazing opportunity this is.

EMBERLY'S GARDEN is a 4 piece collection created on my very favorite Canson L'Aqaurelle Heritage paper. All 12x18s, they fit very easily into a store bought mat and frame sized at 18x24. No custom matting/framing necessary for these fiery beauties. The entire collection is available for purchase in my Artfinder shop.

Not a bad way to start off a new month! Thank you so much, ApΓ©ro!

This painting right here...truly a "dream commission"!

I created this painting based on another floral garden I had worked on this past Fall. It is still my favorite garden to date...although this commission right here...vying for top spot in my heart for sure.

Baby Caroline, I'm so humbled that your mommy and daddy come me to create your first piece of original art. I hope you look up from your crib and see a wonderland of whimsical blooms to enchant you for many years to come.

PS-Babies deserve fine art too.

First Post of 2019!!

Okay, today being the 24th day of January....I'm a little late.  But I've been super productive {insert clapping hands emoji πŸ‘}.

First, I have a new Instagram BUSINESS profile. I hope you'll come follow my updates, paint palettes and all kinds of pretty floral happenings. Sure would love to see ya there.😊

Speaking of "floral happenings", here are a few lovelies in various stages I've been working on....

And check out my Etsy shop to see what lovelies are already available and waiting to find a new home. Not that I don't enjoy looking at them in my studio, but I'm willing to share the love.πŸ’—

As always, if there's a floral I can custom create for you for any room in your home, contact me and we can surely get that going. Lots of sizes available.

CAROLINE'S GARDEN

Just wanted to say, I'm completely obsessed with this color palette and garden.
Okay, back to the post...πŸ˜‰

Soft yellows, pinks, blues and grays give this garden an almost "shabby chic" type of feel...and I'm loving it!! Although my studio and I do enjoy having sweet Caroline around on a daily basis, we sure wouldn't mind if she wanted to bloom elsewhere...

Be sure to check out my other whimsical gardens here and maybe reach out and let me know how you're liking these new florals. Commission always welcome.😊

PS-I πŸ’“ her.

Introducing MADDIE'S GARDEN.🌺
Another in my series of Whimsical Gardens available here.

Sweet salmon pinks, warm cheery corals and rich purples and plums make this garden a pretty little addition to your special girl's happy space.πŸŽ€

I truly am enjoying watching these various color palettes bloom into these whimsical gardens...straight from my imagination and right onto the canvas.

I've also been blessed to receive a few commissions these past couple of weeks based on this new series. It's always a nerve wrecking experience as an artist when you put out a new body of work. Thankfully, these gardens seem to be well received and I am forever grateful.

If there is something I can custom create for you, don't hesitate to reach out. Commissions are kinda my thing.😊
