tiny treasures :)

i wanted to share a custom painting i did for one a girlfriend of mine's little girl, emie. this girl is seriously one of the cutest, sweetest, most precious little girls in all the world.

so...little miss emerson has a *thing* for chasing fireflies. i did this sweet little 5x7 painting for her for her 3rd birthday in august and i've decided to sell prints of it in my etsy shop found here

illustration friday~swarm 2/26/11

ok...so i figured this painting fit this week's illustration friday theme of "swarm". i actually just finished it last week (as it is part of a set for a little girl's nursery). i just remembered to post it now...at 11:30 pm before the midnight cut off for illustration friday. whew...;)

isabelle's room~ALL DONE!:)

i'm so happy that these are done!!! and, i'm even more excited to ship them off tomorrow to liz so she can hang in them in her baby girl's room:) i am actually pleased with the way these turned out. i love the colors and the concept(s). i hope baby isabelle looks up at them and they make her SMILE:)
liz and i spoke today about doing a piece for her niece miley who LOVES cows! so, i'll be sketching some ideas for that this weekend. super excited for that one as well!:)
BTW~I WILL BE SELLING PRINTS OF THESE IN MY ETSY SHOP NEXT WEEK...STAY TUNED...
